Not really a fitness guide, just needed a title for this. I'm going to make this short and sweet. I apparently have gained some weight from the 79 lbs I was a few months ago; I am MUCH closer to 100 lbs now. Now I didn't really notice this but for the past few weeks whenever somebody sees me they comment and say that I've gained weight. I'm 5'0" and I don't exercise at all. Say EXERCISE very slowly. Doesn't it sound like "eggs are sides"? Yeah...sides for bacon! Now the only weight gain I've noticed is my boobs have grown slightly and I can't fit into my jeans anymore because my ass got bigger. Now that's cool and all but if you just let the fat get to your ass and have no muscle then it will look all gross and floppy so I decided to become SLIGHTLY healthier and start exercising a bit and eating a little better. Now I'm not going on a crazy diet or really change my eating habits but I want to eat more protein and gain more muscle so my ass stays it's nice round shape :) I promised myself that starting in the month of October I would work out 2-3 times per week and take my vitamins every day. My workout routine follows:
30 jumping jacks
20 lunges
10 squats
10 plie squats
20 side lunges
20 glute kickbacks
15 short bridges
10 side leg circles (each leg)
20 glute kickbacks
15 squats
10 plie squats
20 jumping jacks
Nothing crazy, just a straight simple workout. I also want to take in about 50 grams of protein and 200 grams of carbohydrates every day since I am 20 years old, 5'0" and have a very small build. And I've decided to take better care of my health with a variety of vitamins too:
Biotin - To help support healthy hair, skin and nails and to help support carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism.
Cranberry - To help support urinary and bladder health
Probiotics - To help support a healthy digestive system
St. John's Wort - To help support a positive mood
Valerian Root - To help promote relaxation
Vitamin C - To help support a healthy immune system
Vitamin D - To help support bone, colon, breast and immune system health
Vitamin E oil - To help support healthy, vibrant skin
...I think I'm having a young life crisis
